Thought For Food: How To Use Thought As Part of a Good Diet


We spent a lot, I mean A LOT of time talking about all of the super foods to make your skin clearer, to make your hair thicker, and to make you live longer.  From apple cider vinegar, to black strap molasses, it seems we're always searching for the next best thing to fix the outside, by taking in things from the outside.

What we fail to realize is that our body works from the inside out.  When you get a splinter in your finger, it doesn't get sucked into your skin until it disappears.  The skin grow outward and kicks out the splinter.  Therefore, the real diet to improve your body doesn't start with the things you put inside of it.  The real super-food in my opinion are the thoughts that you think.  The thoughts you think directly influence which hormones and amino acids are produced by your brain and nourish your body.  Take a look at my latest video and tell me what you think!
